Plastic pallets

Plastic Pallet Manufacturer & Supplier in Nepal

Plastic pallets are the most overlooked yet the most reliable storage option for packaging items as well as storing them in a warehouse. Plastic pallets are multifarious in the scope of deployment and serve a number of industrial entities and as a storage unit option. We create the plastic pallets using advanced manufacturing techniques that result in a rigid and faultless structure. The pallets come with different leg options and can easily be deployed at the ground or an elevation that is attached to a robust frame.

What materials are used for plastic pallets ?

Plastic pallets Plastic pallets are composed of a dense amalgamation of durable plastic. The plastic is not extremely thick and the thickness varies according to the application area. The most common area of deployment of the plastic pallets is floors. Floor tend to accumulate a lot of dust and sometimes water which can interact with the products stored above the ground or in this case the floor. Using plastic pallets as an intermediary between the floor and the product, you can store both perishable and non-perishable items and prevent them from making contact with the floors.

Plastic pallets are also common in the food and restaurant industry, where a lot of fresh produce needs to be stored on the racks. The plastic pallets do not react with the food and grains and do not induce any moisture to the items. Even if the moisture is released by the items, the plastic pallets remain unaffected as it is not corroded by water. Even in industries where heavy use of solvents and chemicals is quintessential, plastic pallets do burn or melt after reacting with most compounds.

Features of Plastic pallets

Plastic pallets support stackability which means they are designed in a manner that they can be snugly fit on top of each other if the need arises. Transportation of the plastic pallets takes very little space as they are stacked into groups and can easily be forklifted in and out of the truck. The assembly and disassembly of the plastic pallets are quite easy as you just need to attach them to a frame with the help of appropriate screws. The frame ensures that the pallets stay in one formation and do not dwindle from their location.

We take the manufacturing process of the plastic pallets with absolute caution. Unlike steel or other metals, plastic needs to be set in the molds patiently to avoid any spillage. The spillage of even a slight amount can reduce the structural integrity of the pallets and tarnish their finishing. We don't want to ship out inferior quality products to our clients even if it costs us a little more time and capital. Our close observation in the manufacturing process removes the chances of any wobbly designs or protrusions that can damage hands or feet. Unlike metals, plastic does not hold the same sharpness and is smooth to the touch.

Plastic pallets can be used to filter out the fluid build-up without any excess effort. For drilling industries, we design a mesh of plastic on the top of the pallets that are perforated to allow the seepage of liquid through it without an external push. The mesh also saves important pieces of machinery from falling into the drain and even if it does cross the mesh it stays inside the plastic pallet. The grid-like shape of the plastic pallets helps in the easy and uniform arrangement and maximum utilization of the floor and storage space. They can be spread through an entire facility and can cover almost every inch of the available area. We love big challenges and even provide the necessary assistance in the installation and planning of the plastic pallets inside your establishment
